Objective

Target audience women 30–55, $150K+ household income. Build brand trust and community with 
high-LTV customers in wellness-forward cities

We were given 1-month to plan and launch a series of pop-ups. 

Challenge

Launch in-market flagship event that generates emotional engagement, branded content, and community alignment

Our Activation Strategy

A high-touch, invite-only wellness pop-up hosted at a boutique hotel rooftop overlooking the water. Partnering with local micro-influencers and a nonprofit animal shelter to create an afternoon of realignment, reflection, and real-world impact.


Micro-Influencer Integration

Source 4 local influencers with highly engaged niche followings (3–10K) who are trusted by the demographic to lead the experience: Luxury Yoga Instructor, Holistic Nutritionist, Clean Beauty Advocate, Faith-Based  Instructor. We sourced 5 local influencers to attend and invite the right types of attendees.
Each influencer pre-promoted the event on IG Reels, cross-posted live content, and shared branded recap stories that boosted visibility to an aligned audience.
 

Purposeful Partnerships

Partner with local foster-based animal rescue organizations. Puppies are on-site for guests to cuddle and potentially adopt. We cover adoption fees for the first 3 adoptions and pledge $5 for every app download during the 72 hours post-event.

Community-Focused

Customers walk away with tangible items from local experts: a wellness plan, great workout, and puppy (or at least a $10 donation made in their name). An ordinary pop-up becomes a real surprise that they will tell their friends and loved ones about. 

Our Predicted Results

🧘‍♀️ 800 app downloads in 72 hours pop-up series, driven by influencer-led content, partnerships, and wellness activations.

🐶 6 puppy adoptions and over $1,000 raised for local rescue, creating authentic emotional connections

📱 90+ pieces of UGC and 20 influencer posts, generating viral moments and organic brand reach

3.7x higher LTV from pop-ups vs paid channel users — proving premium audiences convert when purpose is real.
